1. Collection of personal information

Our study group will receive your personal information upon your contact, but we will only collect information that is needed for research and development.
We will use these data only according to our purpose of collecting.

2.Who is collecting the information?

The study group of Eiji Marui (Juntendo University) is the site manager collecting the information. Dr. Marui is the principal investigator of Research project on food safety and security promotion: “Study on development and promotion of media (teaching aids) and programs for risk communication for people including specific population.” and Research project on emerging/reemerging infectious diseases such as the new influenza: “Study on effective means of risk communication and education to enlighten the public on infectious diseases.” both supported by Health and Labour Sciences Research Grant.
Personal information gathered by our study group will never be used for any purposes other than that below.
In addition, the collected information will be strictly managed, and appropriate measures will be taken to prevent any information leaks.

3.How is this information used?

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with useful research products. For this, we ask for your requests, opinions and support for our research.

4.With whom will this information be shared? (providing information for third parties)

Our study group will not provide personal information for third parties except when we have your permission or in specific circumstances such as in response to legal requirements.
Specific circumstances apply to whichever below:
(1) Compliance with the law
(2) Compliance with the terms of use
(3) Response to demands concerning infringement of third party rights
(4) Protection of rights, property and personal safety of you, the study group and the public
